2 sigificant figures - 0.047 (since the zeros are not signifcant figures because there is no numbers before the zero.

umm i think it was england. it affected time, in the way that everyone went by there time.

ReplyDeleteEngland ruled half of the world becase the owned all the u.s colonies and most of europe. with al their power they developed the GMT Greenwhich Mean Time which was the center of all time and all the other countries used this method
